These adorable heart charms are sterling silver that I have stamped and oxidized, brushed to my signature shine, and hand set with sparkling Swarovski Crystal Elements birthstones. The hearts are approximately 3/8" (10mm) each and are hung from a 1" (25mm) sterling silver charm ring, and hung from a very dainty 18" ball chain.
